"******8-strand Boro Glass Teardrop Kusari Tsunagi Fringe Necklace in Jubilee Ribbon & Soutache" - Pastel Purple
$ 44.00
The Boro Glass Teardrop Fringe Necklace combines Jubilee Ribbon and Italian Luxury Soutache. The Kusari Tsunagi braid structure creates a gorgeous braid.
This necklace has 25 sparkling boro glass teardrop beads fringing the edge of the braided rope. The finished length of this necklace measures about 27" but can be made shorter depending where you attach the magnetic clasp.
The Kusari Tsunagi braid structure is very easy to master. I think of it as the "trading places" braid. You should be familiar with the Kusari Tsunagi braid and the instructions teach you how to load the beads for a single edge of spaced teardrop beads. There are simple Kusari Tsunagi braid how to's in the kit instructions but if you want a detailed tutorial you can download the Kusari Tsunagi Instant Downloadable Tutorial.
I like to use the mini disk in the regular, 10mm, thickness. The thinner disk causes less friction on the braiding fiber.
The Boro glass teardrops are Parisian Blue and filled with tiny silver sparkles.
