This Teardrop Focal Beaded Necklace is a "oldie but goodie favorite".

The necklace has a beaded Teardrop focal section (Boro glass teardrops, 6/0 and 8/0 seed beads) with lengths of braided C-Lon Tex 400 on either side of the focal. The focal section (seed beads and teardrops) measures 4 1/2” long and the br

aided pieces on either side can be braided as short as you like and up to 10”. The finished necklace can be worn as long as 24” or shorter depending on where you end the braided sections and attach the end caps.

I found this to be a challenging necklace to photograph. The colors are much prettier in real life. The Boro glass teardrops are Parisian Blue and filled with tiny silver sparkles. The seed beads are a metallic rainbow teal, silver-lined crystal and a crystal-lined sea foam.

• C-Lon Tex 400 (pre-cut)
• 24 Lampwork Boro Teardrop Beads
• 6/0 Seed Beads (2 colors)
• 8/0 Seed Beads (1 color)
• Wide Eye Needle
• 5 mm All-in-One Magnetic Glue-In Clasp

Tools Needed:

• Kumihimo Foam Disk (I use the 10mm, regular thickness, mini disk)
• 8 Plastic Bobbins
• Scissors
• Tape Measure
• Glue to attach Clasp
• Sewing Needle & Thread or Fray Block (to finish ends)
