This Teardrop Focal Beaded Necklace is a favorite and it has been recently “updated”. 

The necklace has a beaded Teardrop focal section (Boro glass teardrops, 6/0 and 8/0 seed beads) with lengths of braided Jubilee Ribbon, Satin Cord and C-Lon Tex 400 on either side of the focal. (The Jubilee Ribbon and Satin cord are new for this kit). The focal section (seed beads and teardrops) measures 4 1/2” long and the braided pieces on either side can be braided as short as you like and up to 10”. The finished necklace can be worn as long as 24” or shorter depending on where you end the braided sections and attach the end caps.

• C-Lon Tex 400 (pre-cut)
• Kumihimo Nylon Satin Cord (2 colors, pre-cut)
• Kumihimo Jubilee Ribbon (pre-cut)
• 24 Lampwork Boro Teardrop Beads
• 6/0 Seed Beads (2 colors)
• 8/0 Seed Beads (1 color)
• Wide Eye Needle
• 5mm All-in-One Magnetic Glue-In Clasp

Tools Needed:

• Kumihimo Foam Disk (I use the 10mm, regular thickness, mini disk)
• 8 Plastic Bobbins
• Scissors
• Tape Measure
• Glue to attach Clasp
• Sewing Needle & Thread or Fray Block (to finish ends)
